Are you looking for a new role in Newport, close to the train station with free parking nearby? Due to recent expansion, our Client has an opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer or Property Law Solicitor.

The main purpose of the job role is to carry a full caseload of registered and unregistered freehold and leasehold matters, in respect of sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. Majority will be residential with some commercial cases. You will be dealing with clients over the phone with the aim to continue face to face interaction after Covid restrictions are relaxed, therefore great client care skills are essential as well as exceptional communication verbal and written.

As a firm, our Client is open in terms of qualification - so whether you are a Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive, Solicitor or qualified by experience we do urge you to apply. You must be able to hit the ground running with a full and varied Residential Conveyancing caseload.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30 (hour lunch break)

Experience:

Conveyancing: 3 years (Preferred)

CILEX, LPC or QBE (Preferred)

Salary: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year (Depending On Experience)
